This website is operated by ArtPixio, a brand of AA Vysoušej s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic (IČO 08978816, registered office: Za Zelenou liškou 1586/2a, Krč, 140 00 Praha 4, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file C 328631). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ArtPixio / AA Vysoušej s.r.o. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. We sell and ship worldwide.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. ArtPixio is operated by AA Vysoušej s.r.o. (IČO 08978816), registered in the Czech Republic. These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, and the courts of the Czech Republic shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence. As an EU-based seller, EU consumer law applies to consumer purchases.
